We are licensed by IDHS-Illinois Department of Human Services Substance Use Prevention & Recovery (SUPR) to conduct Substance Abuse Evaluations and Outpatient Treatment.

- We have Morning, Evenings, and Saturday appointments. We also have a sliding scale for those individuals who qualify.

- Level I Adult Outpatient
- Level I Adolescent Outpatient
- Level II Adult IOP
- Level II Adolescent IOP
